Ferdinand was captured in the Hudson Bay, Manitoba, Canada (near the estuary of the Churchill river to the Hudson Bay), on 26th July 1975, at 6 p.m. Here are some screenshots from a German TV Show "Tele Zoo" ((c)ZDF) which has filmed it.

Ferdinand wurde in der Hudson Bay, Manitoba, Kanada (in der Nähe der Flussmündung des Churchill Rivers in die Hudson Bay), am 26. Juli 1975, gegen 18:00 h, gefangen. Hier sind ein paar Screenshots aus der damaligen Fernsehserie "Tele Zoo" ((c)ZDF), welche die Fangaktion gefilmt hatte.
